Anodizing

Aluminum alloys can be protected to increase corrosion resistance through treatments forming an anodic film. Aluminum parts can then be dyed to produce either a shiny or matt colour finish. We offer black, gold, red, blue, green, and other colors are available upon request.

Chromate Conversion

Is used on Aluminum alloys primarily in the aircraft industry and is also referred to as Alodine or Irridite. This chemical film increases corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity is retained within a specified range. We offer clear or yellow colour finish.

Passivation

Steel parts can be protected to increase corrosion resistance through treatment by using chemical coatings. This process also removes metal particles and dirt from the surface. Passivation can result in the very much-desired low corrosion rate of the metal.

Black Oxide

Black oxide is a blend of caustic oxidizers and additives used to blacken ferrous metals. Steel parts can be protected to increase corrosion resistance. This process gives a matt or shiny black finish.
