Anodizing
Aluminum alloys can be protected to increase corrosion resistance through treatments forming an anodic film. Aluminum parts can then be dyed to produce either a shiny or mat colour finish. We offer black, gold, red blue, green and other colours are available upon request.
Benefits of anodizing, protection against corrosion, increased durability, better aesthetic quality, increased scratch resistance.
Chromate Conversion
Chromate Conversion is used on Aluminum alloys primarily in the aircraft industry and is often referred to as Alodine or Iridite . This chemical film increases corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity is retained within a specific range. We off clear or yellow colour finish
Passivation
Steel parts can be protected to increase corrosion resistance through treatment by using chemical coatings. This process also removes metal particles and dirt from the surface. Passivation results in low corrosion rate of the metal.
Black Oxide
Black oxide is a blend of caustic oxidizers and additives used to blacken ferrous metals. Steel parts can be protected to increase corrosion resistance. This process gives a matt or shiny back finish.
